PREPARATIONS have already begun for next year's Bridport Carnival.

The procession is likely to be on Saturday August 18 and the torchlight parade on Sunday August 19.

After this year's bumper 40th annniversary carnival, organisers are looking forward to another great year.

So, start thinking about your float ideas and entries. We want it to be an extra special year.

Maybe the 2012 Olympics might gice you an inspiration for an entry idea.

It's also the Spirit of Bridport festival next August.

So,get you thinking hats on now! We want to see as many great floats and walking entries as possible on the streets next year!
